According to market analysts, today’s global actuation market is worth approximately $30 billion while it is projected to reach $49 billion by 2022. As interest in automation increases production throughout the world, ACTIA has developed a small h-bridge control module to accommodate some of those needs.

The ACTIA H-bridge Control Module is available in both Dual and Quad h-bridge output versions. Each version has (2) CAN channels (1 opto isolated) and field programmable, 12/24 VDC compatible, IP 68 and SAEJ1455 rated, CE certified and includes a serial databus NMEA0183. The Dual version has (2) current protected H-bridge outputs @30A while the Quad has (4) outputs. ACTIA H-bridge control modules are commonly used for hydraulic pump, actuator or ballast control in marine applications. Actuators are also used extensively to operate valves remotely, packaging machines, medical equipment, production machinery, etc. as well as in a host of transportation industry applications from aircraft to rail.

Trends in automation are projected to increase productivity and vehicle/vessel performance. These are the driving factors for continued actuation growth and development.
